And it only costs a couple of quid for a month’s supply. It’s quintessential MyProtein – affordable, good quality, with a great degree of utility. Again isotonic sports drinks have been around for many years with little to no change in the formulation over that time. The electrolyte content in such drinks are typically low (Revival has 3 x the amount!) plus a lot of these drinks contain a lot of sugar which in turn makes them unhealthy, especially if consumed in high quantities. What about an IV drip?
