Which includes you. the book is suppose to follow the relationship of Cassie and Luke, and how it goes from being fake to real. however, throughout the book, Cassie and Luke don’t actually spend a lot of time together? and both characters go from hating each other to waking up and being in love. i may not be an expert at love but i know that’s usually how it doesn’t work. i also felt that throughout the book, there aren’t very romantic or fluffy scenes between the two. maybe two or three but overall… there isn’t much. i feel like this book follows the life journey of Cassie and the life journey of Luke — the romance between the two is just a side plot throughout the book. to say i was disappointed would be an understatement when it comes to the romance aspect.
