My only complaint about the book is there was a little too much panic from Rachel and Jake. Jake was doing the insecure ‘do you really like me’ thing a bit too much at the start and Rachel kept saying ‘we can’t do this’ and then doing it and saying they can’t again. Some of it was necessary for the plot and didn’t bug me but it got to be a little much. Lord have mercy on my soul after this book! I am in love with all four of them and this storyline! There is so much banter, making moment’s hilarious enough to make me cry. There is so much love and longing that your heart will break and patch itself up over and over. So much 🌶️ and ❤️…. Incredible😭🤌🏼

This is a special book for me. Sometimes we refer to soul books. This definitely qualifies. I swear, I entered another plane of consciousness when the idea for this book first feel in my head. I’m so in love with every step of Bear and Silas’s journey. This is a book about two lost souls that find each other and heal each other and build a love out of friendship and trust. It’s about healing and finding a new normal. Because of course life always has a plan and her unforgettable mystery man is non other than the starting defenseman of the team !!The thing is, her night with Jake was a one time thing, no name or phone number exchange, just the best night of their life... 𝘴𝘰 𝘧𝘢𝘳 ;) Two, same time Mars said he wanted to see how she is with the other two, and he didn't mean sex. But, then yup she let's Caleb touch her and wanted Mars to watch. Sure Mars contented but I feel Caleb came off too strong on him, and Rachel didn't even say anything. But, that's not the main thing though. Same scene extends to Jake joining them, and nobody asks Mars to consent whether or not he wants to watch. But, Caleb just goes on bossing them for more. I LOVED Jake so much. He was so fun and hilarious and brought a lot of positivity to the group. Probably my favorite because he was first, and I’d wear his sweater any day. I also really loved his bi-awakening with Caleb. So sweet (and spicy, let’s be honest) to see. I did feel like his character kind of fell off towards the mid point. He started out very confident and then just became super needy. Absolutely loved That One Night Jake though! Caleb; Thoughtful, Kind, Over thinker, determined, Loving and Loyal. This man puts everyone else fist despite losing everything he ever loved. He let go of his anger and put all of his trust in both Rachel and Jake to only fall in love with both and making them his family, Ilmari included. This is my chance to prove myself, and I’m not risking it for anything. But with one unexpected night, one secret revealed, these men are ready to test all my limits. I can’t fall for a player…let alone three. But if love is a game, these guys are playing to win.”
