Finish : Medium length with caramel, cinnamon, and orange flavor. More agave and very light pepper here as well.

This fresh and naturally sweet tequila is preserved through copper pot stills and aged in small ex-bourbon casks for at least 13 months, filling the tequila with a smooth, woody taste and a slightly sweet flavour. Olmeca Altos Reposado and Añejo are aged in 200-litre bourbon barrels for minimum of 12 months. Using smaller barrels creates a more complex profile, perfectly balanced, keeping its unique tequila taste.
