Overnight trains often have regular seating, but for maximum comfort, we recommend booking either a couchette or a sleeper compartment. These come in different variations, depending on how many bunks you need and whether you want an entire compartment to yourself. They sometimes come in both first- and second-class options. What is the difference between a sleeper compartment and a couchette? Travelling to Milan is prominent during summer season and this is the time when the city becomes the city of mosquitos. You need to make sure that you have mosquito repellant or protection to keep them away. Mosquitos are in huge number near the canal area. If you are visiting church, cover your shoulders and knees to follow their tradition. You might be denied entry into the Duomo area if you don’t. You won’t really hear buona notte until later at night. A good rule of thumb is to use buona sera from 4 P.M to 10 P.M and buona notte after that. Ever since the Renaissance, Florence has served as the cultural capital of Italy. It’s only natural the city’s nightlife is extremely refined, so attending a jazz concert in places like Pinocchio Jazz may be a great thing to do in the city come nightfall.
