All our thermostats come with comprehensive operating and installation instructions and we are always on hand to discuss operational, technical and individual project requirements with you as necessary. If you are installing underfloor heating then you would install a wiring centre at each manifold. The wiring centre would provide the outputs for the boiler, pump and valve as well as the individual zone output. The neoHub is the gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control of the Neo System from our iOS and Android mobile Apps. Disconnect any Wi-Fi extenders and wait for around 5 minutes to see if the thermostats return to being online again. Your neoStat should show the radio signal on screen and the app should indicate the zone has been added successfully.Mesh Networking: With the neoHub Gen 2 managing network traffic, data is routed from neoStat to neoStat using the most efficient path. This mesh networking capability ensures excellent coverage throughout your home. The neoPlug can be used to boost the signal in areas with weak signals. Neo can pre-heat your home and will automatically learn how long your home takes to heat up. You can use this setting to limit the pre-heat time, we suggest 3 hours for most homes. This is set on a per zone basis. Once enabled in the iOS/Android neoApp, the neoApp will show additional history data. This includes the set temperature, room temperature and whether the room was preheating or heating. This is available for each zone for the last 13 months. This type of multi-zone control delivers optimum energy efficiency. By setting up profiles you can change and store different comfort level settings and switch the heating into away mode when you’re not at home. Benefiting from a large digital display, the Neo kit comprises of a neoStat which replaces the existing thermostat, a neoStat-hw to replace the programmer and the neoHub that plugs into your home’s broadband router which communicates between devices.
