With Martine's help, Morbius starts to work on a way to stop Milo which he also plans to use on himself. The artificial blood he had been using to keep the cure working is getting less effective and if he doesn't kill himself too, Morbius will soon be at a stage when he won't be able to resist the urge for real blood. Max plays a crucial role in the show’s storyline and (particularly in season 4) and becomes a beloved member of the Hawkins community and we look forward to more Funko Pop! Max figures being released very soon. Given that Morbius brutally kills a bunch of people after he takes the cure (a blend of bat and human DNA), it's no surprise that he's a bit hesitant to share it out when Milo discovers that the cure worked. As she's dying, Martine tells Morbius to drink from her to "make it mean something" and give him the strength to defeat Milo. It was thanks to Milo's money that Morbius was able to carry out the illegal experiment though, so, unknown to Morbius, Milo sneaks out one of the cure vials and takes it. His first victim is a nurse who works with Morbius, but for a while, Morbius thinks he did it as he can't remember everything when he goes full vampire.
