About this deal

long, pleasant, smoked fish, smoky, ash again, pepper, licorice, charcoal, sweet, tea and cherry tips.

With our dedicated team, we are here to help you make informed decisions about choosing the right whisky for you to drink. Our Service is an online platform which provides Members with information (e.g. bottle facts, market-indices, market values and prices) on (mostly) whisky and allows Members to add information to the platform. We do not sell, nor does the Service provide any option to buy, any alcoholic products. On a side note, private entities were just allowed to start making their own alcohol a few years ago. I have seen someone make mead, and there are now a couple of gin distillers, too. Brass Lion, one of the gin makers, just barreled their first batch of Singaporean single malt in the middle of 2018. Powerful rich, sherried, herbal smoky flavours, orange peel, coffee, a touch of sea salt, tobacco and white pepper.Ledaig 18YO is a limited release. I sampled batch 2 which was sold in a stylish wooden case. They changed the appearance for batch 4. Let it breathe – take your time with it If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

We may sell, license, transfer, assign or in any other way dispose of the Service (including Members) to any third party without any notification to you, e.g. (but without limitation) in connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger or sale, or other transfer of assets. Under the Tobermory distillery name, the artisan Hebridean Distiller produces Tobermory Whisky and Ledaig Single Malts and, for the first time in its history, Tobermory Gin, which includes its Mountain, Coast and Hebridean expressions. Today, it is a thriving, expressive and unique distillery, true to its idyllic location on the Hebridean island of Mull. This year’s shortlist included a mix of whiskies from the Highlands to the island, showcasing some bold flavours including Jura 18 Year Old, which won the runner up prize, Old Pulteney 15 Year Old and Oban 14 Year old. After an expert panel carried out a blind tasting, Ledaig 18 Year Old was the winner. I bought this Ledaig 18 Batch 3 Spanish Sherry Wood Finish for around P8,000 locally. Yup, way above the regular price, but I was asked to buy something interesting for a family gathering. This is bottled at 46.3% and is unchillfiltered, said to be released in 2016. If Whiskybase is correct on this bottling date, then local drinkers really have a lot of room to improve when it comes to knowing what to drink. They are missing out. Ledaig 18 Year Old Batch 3 – review Hi Bifter, I totally agree with you on Ledaig being able to match Campbeltown. The almost non-existent sulfur notes was a delight! The award is the latest addition to Ledaig 18-Year-Old’s trophy cabinet, having previously won gold awards at the 2022 and 2021 World Whisky Awards, being named the Best Scotch Islands Single Malt.
