Mayonnaise – I recommend using Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie Mayo) as it has a richer flavor. This is my homemade recipe if you can’t find the storebought one. In a medium-size bowl, add all the ingredients from sesame seeds to tahini. Whisk and stir until creamy smooth. Taste and make seasoning adjustments to your own liking. This is absolutely amazing. I put it on the cabbage salad and everyone loves it. I have made it at least 10 times. I don’t change a thing! Thank you!! Yes, you can use white vinegar, but you might want to add a bit of sugar to ease the strong vinegar flavor and taste. Use neutral oil. For salads you may think you want to use healthy oils like olive oil or coconut oil. Don't! Those have flavours that will mess with the awesomeness of this dressing. If health is a concern avocado oil is what you want to go with - healthy and neutral and it's what I use. Otherwise canola or another vegetable oil works too.
