The chocolate flavour is rich and not overly sweet which I much prefer and I have definitely noticed a lift in my mood and energy levels since I’ve been having it. my goal isnt weightloss, it was to feel healthier, feel better for once in my life and i feel like this stuff is really helping me. Wheatgrass: Contains a range of nutrients that help to break down food and support healthy digestion I’m never quite sure what a ‘heaped tablespoon’ looks like and how much you should heap onto the spoon, but I estimated and it turned out well. To be honest, I’d rather that than ending up with a drawer full of plastic scoops! My favourite flavour of the two was the strawberry. I’m not a huge fan of strawberry flavoured things, but this was really nice and easy to drink.

Any issues (which are few) I’ve had, Rohini has been amazing at helping! So far this is the best and most consistent customer service I’ve ever had with a company. Highly, highly recommend! I initially left a review based on taste alone after trying the vanilla flavour. Giovanni from Free Soul was kind enough to reach out to me following my review and sent me other flavours to try. I can now confidently and honestly say the chocolate is delicious, it dissolves well and genuinely tastes good. Even though I didn't like the vanilla, I wasn't going to waste my money so I drank it every day. What I have noticed in the few weeks of taking it is the extreme bloating I was experiencing has completely stopped, that has been a big plus for me. I honestly can't wait to see what other changes will happen to my body. I recommend this product, just not the vanilla flavour 😉 The protein powder is absolutely amazing!!! It’s sooo yummy, the best vegan non toxic protein powder I’ve ever found. I use it everyday in my ready break and use it for smoothies too! Can’t wait to try it in some cake recipes. They also contain B12, v important for vegans who train hard! my period is due in a week and iv not put on the usual 10lbs (yes 10lbs not an exageration i have period cloths because my body just doubles in size) none of usually pre-period depression so im looking forward to see how my period goes as i have horrendous pain, heavy bleeding and everything so fingerscrossed

I’ve tried lots of protein shakes over the years and many of them can only be described as revolting! I know how frustrating it is to spend a big chunk of money on a huge bag of protein powder that makes you want to retch. I also struggle so much with the PCOS suppliments. I don't generally have an issue with taking tablets but the size of these had me researching legal pill size limits as I've never had anything lkse to this large before. I love that Free Soul's protein shake powder is free from artificial sweeteners, but the natural sweetener they use makes it WAY too sweet! Is there any chance you could bring the powders out without sweetener and then we can add our own if we choose? How to mix Free Soul protein shakes first things first, DELICIOUS! iv only tried the chocolate one but i could drink all day everyday not a thing to dislike. i use sproud pea milk with mine and two go so well together. it blends well itnt grainy, it might be my 'milk' other plant based milk might be different but if your finding it a little grainy thats the flaxseeds and just make up a shake overnight or leave it 'soak' a bit. Personally, I found that this blend gave me an added boost at the gym, similar to other protein blends, although I will say I found myself less sore after the gym. The nutritional aspects truly impressed me and I think that definitely helped with my rest and recovery, as well as my added boost. I've tried many many vegan shakes from big to obscure brands and this is by far the best taste, texture, and such great health benefits - I use my shakes to help with my medical condition and I have noticed such an improvement over the last year of having this product. No bloating or cramping has helped regulate my periods and keep my energy levels up.

I started taking these PCOS tablets 2 week ago ago. Within 3 days I had a noticed light spotti g when wiping I started with Free Soul less than a year ago and it's just the best! The flavour, the texture and you can find all you need inside for a balanced nutrition. Bars are lovely. Was over the moon that I was sent 3 extra bars! Would never have thought to try banoffe but that sample may have swayed me!! So, we know that these protein shakes are full of all the good stuff, but let’s get on to the taste. For me, that’s the most important thing. Because a protein shake can be full of all the nutrients in the world, but if it tastes bad, I’m not going to drink it. Flavours

This was very delicious. I'm not a fan of those overly sweet artificial protein powders and this one tasted exactly like chocolate. Most of the protein powders I've had before were chocolate flavoured, and I can confirm this one is definitely the best I've tried so far. What's especially great about this chocolate protein powder is it helps me satisfy any dessert cravings I have, as it feels like I'm drinking a standard chocolate milkshake. Arrived today. Tried my first 2 gummies today and they taste DELICIOUS! 😊 No nasty after taste either. Love that they are Vegan, gluten free and Non GMO! Roll on no more tiredness, bloating, and hopefully lose weight on these! Will post another update once finished the bottle! 😀 Deffo recommend! 😋 In my quest to find the best vegan protein powder, I’ve been trying as many vegan protein shakes as possible. I reached out to Free Soul who very kindly sent me some of their Vegan Protein Blend to try.
