Two weeks later, according to the Smartometer, the world becomes 'Supa Dumb'. Petey wants to see how stupid they became, so he goes to the car lot. He demanded for a car, which Petey fools the manager into letting him have it for free immediately. Petey the Cat is at it again- he's escaped from jail and is determined to take over the world, but gets distracted by a cloning snafu which results in a ridiculously adorable kitty version of himself, one who is more inclined to make friends than cause evil havoc. Sarah says to Dog Man and Chief that she and Zuzu are going to write a news story about their adventure and they leave. As Dog Man and Chief walk home, Chief says that while there was nothing new today, it was the best birthday he ever had. Chief says he always wanted a fish, puts it on an orange stool with stripes, and names it Flippy. One of the cops reminds Chief to take the dots. Chief reads the instructions, and they say: " Don't take a lot... never more than a dot. Or something may happen... we ain't saying what." Chief takes one dot, and goes to Lunch.
