This issue is a bit better, though Gwen falls into a few of the traps that Peter did in the previous issue. I believe this is also the first mention of the Kingpin’s wife Vanessa, noice! I like the effect that her name has on the Kingpin. Also, the Kingpin fight and its conclusion are classic Spider-man.
