This is probably one of the most comprehensive guides you’ll find on the low-FODMAP diet (because The Everything Guide books are always comprehensive as the name suggests).This recipe omits the problematic ingredients of traditional curries while maintaining all the wonderfully aromatic and tasty flavors, keeping the authentic Thai essence.
