It is known for its pleasant, popcorn-like aroma, and has a light, fluffy texture with a slightly sweet taste. Cover the saucepan with its lid and bring the water to boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for around 9 to 10 minutes until all the water has been absorbed.
