The quality is good. Warming, fruity (baked apple) and there is a good bitterness and spiciness from the casks. It’s an easy sipper, but maybe to easy. It’s very watery and adding a drop of cold water will only make matters worse. Whiskybase B.V. An absolute all-rounder with no rough edges. Very independent with a distillery character. I think it's well done. Nose: Loads of fruit. Zesty grapefruit, baked toffee apples. Dry, chocolate Flake-y wood and cinnamon.
