I’m from Argentina and there’s a lot of new things I discovered through your blog. one thing I always wondered is serving sizes. since I don’t have prior knowledge about Japanese bowls I would love to know what sizes (cm diameters and Lt capacity) are the typical bowls for ramen and donburi that you use in your recipes. As always, the level of spiciness can be adjusted to your taste. You can increase or decrease the amount of gochugaru, or even add dried red chili peppers to increase the heat level. Divide the noodles into individual serving bowls. Add the soup over top and include cooked seafood, vegetables, meat over top of the noodles. Serve right away.
