About this deal

Fearne has also covered for Chris Evans on the Breakfast Show from 9–13 April 2018. In late 2018, Cotton sat in for Claudia Winkleman on Sundays. [28] This is my favourite of Fearne's books so far - not only because she signed it for me (😁), but also because it gave me insight to so many different aspects of spirituality that I've been wondering about for a long time. Some of it I still struggle to connect with (e.g. the near death experience guy, the clairvoyant, the ideas of ritual+prayer+meditation - it's too much!), but I am completely fascinated by the idea of there being something 'bigger than us'. When we are lonely, depressed or full of rage, we are blind to love’s power and mass. It seemingly dissipates before our very eyes at the mere whiff of negative distraction. Life’s distractions can be so big that we forget it is our lifeboat whenever we need it – we just have to remember that it’s not always exclusively an exterior source of love that can carry us through life, it is also always within. In a modern world full of stress, anxiety and the pressure to constantly be doing more, this book is essential reading.

Fearne's Leaving Us". Sky News. 23 January 2008 . Retrieved 23 January 2008. [ permanent dead link] This book will help you gently analyse yourself and your thoughts through Fearnes words as she analyses her own life and experiences. It was so lovely to read Fearnes thoughts and stories, her journeys to meditation and trying to find time for herself within such busy and turbulent times. I definitely found myself in her words and truly understood and empathised with a lot.Take a first look at Fearne’s new book and change the way you look at your life. Here, she focuses on the big picture of love. I hadn’t heard of many of the people that Fearne interviewed for this book and so it was refreshing to discover new people within the spiritual world. One of the biggest things I have taken away from this is prayer. Growing up in a Church of England school, I always thought prayer belonged to religion and I never really felt any connection with Christianity. Since reading this book I have been praying daily to the higher power and it has been incredibly healing already. Talking out loud and trusting something bigger then us is listening, without judgement has opened my mind. The book leaves you open to make your own decisions about whether you agree or disagree with different spiritual techniques and left me wanting to at least try some options I had not considered before. The summarisation of everything we’ve heard a hundred times, but coupled with expert views and a much deeper - relatable and personal- dive, makes for a book I intend to read again and again. And probably again.

Since 2009, Cotton has hosted Fearne and... on ITV2. In 2012, Cotton hosted The Nation's Favourite Number One Single, a three-part series, revealing Britain's Favourite No. 1 single. Since 2016, Cotton has co-presented Fearne & Gok: Off The Rails, alongside Gok Wan for ITVBe. [11] In March 2017, Cotton guest presented five episodes of ITV Breakfast's Lorraine programme. From intuition and energy to manifesting, ritual, prayer and signs, I have explored positive ideas and simple exercises that are available to every single one of us. Cotton is the voice over of the Tesco Mobile adverts since late 2020. She also became the voice over of the On the Beach radio adverts in 2022. Fearne has been presenting live TV since the age of 15 when she was spotted by ITV’s ‘Disney Club’.
