Not good. Gave one calming chew to my large German shepherd and it is like he is drunk/drugged which is making him anxious in the house (usually he is fine at home) - won't be giving him another one It read on the enclosed tag to give the product 2 weeks before reviewing and at least 30 days before the product might show any signs of helping. Our greyhound has always woken with a rumbly tummy and insisted on eating grass first thing and struggled to get going with eating breakfast, 1 month in and no tummy rumbling, no grass munching and happily eating breakfast. She is now excited for breakfast and grass is left for cows I tried the nutri paw calming chews these made my French bulldog, even more aggressive and anxious. I will not be using these. These really do work, this is the only thing that we changed and he's like a different dog now...so happy I have two frenchie boys age 2 and 4 thought I try the calm treats they worked within 2 weeks I would say I saw difference .. I was still little sceptical so following month I stopped them and then realised yes they much calmer and happier on them..During this time she's been on 5.4mg Apoquel twice a day for 9 years which has resulted in other health issues arising over this extended period of time and I wanted an alternative to this medication if possible.

I've took her to the vet whom advised me to stop giving them to her (which I didn't need to be told) and give her chance to get them out of her system and some medicine to help her recover.The first day she was fine though she didn't like the taste of them, I disguised them in potted meat as I use this for her Apoquel. Our dog was constantly scratching and we couldn’t figure out why as he is flea treated and wormed. We gave the itch treats a try, and within two weeks not a difference with him. I have used numerous products in the past, from lotions, shampoos, diet changes, medication and spent hundreds of pounds on these various products with the hope of finding just one that will help my pal.
