About this deal

I tend not to have them in the house for that very reason, but very occasionally I will buy a box and stash it away to make this amazing no bake Malteser slice. Milk chocolate. I love Callebeut chocolate, but if I’m honest, I also use any supermarket brand milk chocolate. You’ll need 400g milk chocolate for the traybake and 200g for the topping. If I’m on a budget, I buy the 30p bars from the supermarket – I’ve never had a problem with them. This easy recipe is perfect for birthday parties, a treat for when you have guests coming over or just for dessert! I’ll whip this up when PMS strikes and I feel like crying for no reason while binge watching movies! It’s like a no fuss, no brainer, my all time favourite recipe! 11. Digestive Biscuits - crushed into small pieces. Swap for ginger nuts or Rich Tea if you prefer. The easiest way to crush the digestives is to bash them with a rolling pin in a sealed freezer bag Yes, the traybake can be frozen for up to one month. However, make sure it is defrosted fully before serving, or someone might end up with a broken tooth! Did you make and enjoy this Malteser traybake? Yeah, that’s right, the Malteser version. I am utterly head over heels in love with this beauty, and I can’t stop the love. It’s based on my Malteser cake, and then also the chocolate cake traybake. Malteser and Mars Bar Slice Grab the recipe here! via bestrecipes.com.au This delicious Malteser Cake recipe, is full of the chocolate malt flavours of the classic treat. It’s surprisingly easy to make, perfect for birthdays, celebrations or.. . Dessert! Add the melted butter, chocolate and syrup mixture to a bowl, followed by the digestives and Maltesers (leave a few aside to decorate the top). Mix together well. Top tip! Make sure that you butter your tins REALLY well. I also line the sides of the tins with baking paper for this cake as the cakes are quite delicate. I also think (maybe?) it makes the edges a bit neater as they are being served naked. No desperate need though if you’re short on time.

Who can resist a finger of fudge? All you need is three ingredients – and the willpower to wait while they set in the fridge!

If you prefer, you can melt the butter and syrup on a low heat in a saucepan on the hob and stir in the chopped-up chocolate until it all melts together. I find the microwave method is easier, but you must melt it in short bursts, stirring in between every time, to prevent the chocolate from burning and becoming grainy. Delicious, cake-y but still tastes like slices (if that makes sense) and veryaddictive! 7. 3-Ingredient Malteser Fudge Grab the recipe here! via bargainmums.com.au
