About this deal

From a practical standpoint, reading can improve your vocabulary, writing skills, and overall comprehension abilities. It can also increase your knowledge and understanding of various subjects and topics, from history to science to literature and beyond. Looking forward to Crimson River and seeing Lyla getting her own, well deserved HEA and seeing more of the Eden siblings. to make it worse, the whole reason behind them hiding how they got married is because eloise is on thin ice with her parents and they’re just getting over something that almost cost her the family hotel. jasper on the other hand wanted to use it to prove his estranged family wrong and make his ex-wife jealous at her wedding 🤡🤡

the parents felt like completely different people. they were so kind, caring and giving in the previous books but were so tough on eloise and treated her completely different from the other siblings. it made absolutely no sense to me. now, there were things i liked about this book. i did enjoy 3-4 moments between eloise and jasper. i think the very last sentence in the epilogue was probably the sweetest part of the whole book lmfao. it was nice to see the rest of the family, but i genuinely just did not care for eloise or jasper. to make matters even worse because apparently they can get worse, jasper only realizes that he doesn’t feel anything for his ex…AT HER WEDDING—

Jasper Vale by Devney Perry PDF Download

I am honestly super impressed. I loved Devney's writing. Small town romance, double pov + investigative work.

You know when you read a book and it exceeds your expectations SO MUCH you don’t want to finish it? You want to go slow and savor it? Well I binged this book because I COULD NOT get enough of these two. I loved it beyond words. And it wholly surpassed my expectations. Devney Perry consistently never ever misses! I am just amazed at her writing with each book she releases and Jasper Vale is no different. like are you actually kidding with this 🤢 he’s trying to hurt his ex by bragging about his sex-life with eloise?! Celebrating Garden Wildlife Week in the UK: Some advice from our local plant expert at City & Bloom Manchester there were definitely some scenes, especially in the beginning, where i was digging the whole “fake but real marriage” trope and the “fake married but friend’s with benefits”. it garnered some hot lines—

we never saw them together, and we never saw them grow as a couple. i’m all for smut in my books, but genuinely it seemed like the only thing keeping them together was because they enjoyed the sex.

The Edens is a comfort series. With Jasper Vale coming out in a couple of weeks, I knew I wanted to start a reread of this series before then. This is the fourth book in The Edens series, but like the earlier books, it can be read as a standalone. This is Eloise Eden’s story. She manages the family hotel in the small town of Quincy, Montana, and it’s her dream to one day take over ownership from her parents. A badly managed situation in the past left them hesitant to hand it over to her, and she’s been working hard ever since to prove herself as reliable and responsible. But that plan hits a snag when a trip to Las Vegas ends with a drunken wedding to Jasper Vale You know me, I adore anything cop related. This was so enjoyable and I am so impressed, that by the end of it, even if I am not 100% attracted to cowboys, I can look past that and say Griffin can country boy my as* any time. One thing that did bug me though was Eloise's parents. I understand that they didn't want her to be taken advantage of by others, but I definitely agreed with Jasper about how they treated her. Whilst they may not have been doing it deliberately, it clearly affected Eloise enough to make her feel like she wasn't enough and even though Jasper might not have expressed it in the best way every-time, it was sweet to see him trying to be on her side. I relate to female characters who don't have any unnecessary quirky traits, who are assertive, hard-working and reasonable. Her inner dialogues were super easy to follow and it was such a smooth ride.

I was just utterly infatuated with both our MC’s and could not put the book down. One of my all town favourite small town series and I STRONGLY recommend you read this series. Please and thank you 💖 Also, let’s not forget Eloise. She might be my favorite of the Eden sibs so far! She is quirky, fast talking, kind hearted, and fast to panic. All of that makes her so dang lovable! I loved Jasper´s and Eloise´s relationship, it gives of grumpy x sunshine vibes with her being all bubbly and talkative, having a big heart and being soft on peope, and him being all broody and grumpy. This is kind of a second chance romance as well, but I wouldn´t say it´s really a slow-burn, it´s more insta love but even as somebody who normally doesn´t really like that trope I have to admit that it was really cute. Jasper is such a book boyfriend. I mean get you a man who flies you out to Paris on a whim just because you say it´s your favorite city..... Winslow was the type of heroine I enjoy. Tough when needed but not so hard core I couldn’t relate to her. She was carrying emotional scars that were, literally, a nightmare. My heart was broken by her struggle but once I learned the full story, I was horrified as well.

I loved the mystery element of the story. I love that it's not predictable and really kept you guessing until the final revelations. I also loved the relationship between Winn and Griff. Winnie is no push over and she doesn't take any of Griff's attitude. But it also doesn't take long for their chemistry to push past all of their boundaries and man was it satisfying to see Griff's possessive side show through.

Retailers:

From a personal standpoint, reading can offer a way to escape into different worlds and experiences, as well as to empathize with characters and their struggles. Reading can also promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve cognitive function. The story follows Eloise and Jasper, two near-strangers who drunkenly decide to get married while in Vegas. While the two are loosely connected by Eloise's family, they hadn't spent any time together before getting hitched. So it's no surprise that they both woke up with regrets, and an annulment seems to be in their future. Unfortunately, Eloise has been trying to show her parents that she's responsible enough to run the family hotel by herself, and getting drunkenly married in Vegas is probably not the way to do it. Jasper has his own reasons for wanting to put on a happy front, so the two agree to fake their relationship for the foreseeable future. But as these two newlyweds move in together and continue to heat up the sheets, they realize that there might be more to their relationship than either expected. i’ve been so excited for eloise’s book ever since we first met her, and i loved getting to learn more about her and watch her fall in love 💕 she is so selfless and kind, and truly hilarious. i just loved her so much.
