Breathable Shoulder Harness - Constructed from Lifespan foam to provide a generations worth of comfort, the harness are perforated to maximize airflow and comfort on the trail. Gregory's patented FreeFloat dynamic hipbelt links the hipbelt to the frame with a panel designed to move and flex with your body. The whole hip belt looks totally different now. This they call the Free Float system but this term is used for the complete suspension here. The Free Float flex panels allow the hip belt to pivot and flex with the movements of your body, hence the name. So the belt wraps smoothly and comfortably around the body. This is a big change when you compare with the massive system in the previous model. It offers exceptional comfort on the trail and is constructed from durable high-end materials – plus it has heaps of extra features that we love.
