The name "Solera" refers to the name of the barrels that are placed closer to the ground, in which the wine ages in its most mature stage, after having passed through two other barrels called "criaderas". For this reason, this distinctive feature gives the wine a certain complexity and duration that make it special.

The ideal temperature to enjoy it is cool, between 10 and 15 degrees, and it can be drunk with coke or on its own, with ice. The best times to drink it are as an aperitif with dried fruit and nuts or at the end of a meal with dessert.
