Hypromellose Eye Drops lubricate the surface of the eye (including artificial eyes) in the same way as natural tears. Like all medicines, Evolve® eye drops can cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them. Note that this product can cause a temporary mild burning sensation and/or blurring of vision after application, but this should shortly subside after application.
