A celebration of the King’s coronation at Drayton Manor, including a fireworks finale, late night rides, DJs and a live band, a show, street party entertainment throughout the day, and themed food and drink. It is expected that Hogan will produce a series of ten small paintings from inside Westminster Abbey, some of which may later be worked up into larger paintings. On 5 May, a special service will be held at Chelmsford Cathedral to celebrate The Coronation of His Majesty The King.If you can’t make it to Westminster Abbey (or for some reason have misplaced your invitation), then surely Manchester Cathedral is a fine substitute.
