About this deal

JZW's quoted figures are very high compared to most stage 1 tunes, and the stage 1 on paper is a fair bit higher than Maptuns stage 3, the difference in torque numbers especially are pretty mental 550nm vs 480....that's a big difference not sure how he's done it but its just transformed mine and I'm over the moon with it The Figures quoted are for the Stage1A maps', aggressive, the most it can be mapped on standard hardware. Again as the map are mapped to how you want them you dont have to run's these figures, I currently have stage1A on but could upload normal stage 1 ina matter of minutes.

These tuners are incredibly lightweight but still durable enough to put up with gigging abuse. They have a smooth action when tuning plus a vintage-correct split tuning post. These tuners are designed as close to original 60s Kluson tuners as possible, so they add performance as well as a sense of authenticity to any Strat or Telecaster style guitar. The gearing mechanism inside the tuner is completely sealed and permanently lubricated with Gotoh’s ‘Lubri-Coat’ technology. This is a coating applied to the worm gear and spur gear wheel to ensure a smooth action that also increases the durability to give you reliable performance time after time. The softwares also easy to upload, has some handy features like the clearing fault codes and adjusting the wheel sizes for larger/smaller wheels (handy for me when I fitted lower profile tyres) and I'm sure he said there's a data logging option coming, which will be great if you progress up the stages so the map can be tweaked to individual cars with different set ups to get that bit extra out of your hardware. Would love to get mine mapped on Vpower with thinners when it's stage 5. Should go like stink!

Engine tuning helps to get the very most out of your engine. Giving it a little tweak here or there can help it to generate more power, to become more efficient and to even help you get more miles to the gallon; although many tuners will be on the lookout for more power! Tuning your engine is a complex process and one that should always be done properly if you want to get the desired effect - more power, and a better noise! You might get a buzz when the string’s played open even though the string slot is at the right height. You might get an impact on tone, focus, or sustain. You might even get a string that pops out of the slot when you do a bend on the first few frets. We’re sure you appreciate the value of a tuner if you’re a musician. Because it can represent a variety of itches, users will be able to tune the guitar, eliminating the guesswork and ensuring the instrument produces a clear and pure tone. The American Specials' colour range is very limited albeit tasteful, with the Tele available only in three-tone sunburst and Olympic white. Our Tele is sunburst and features the thin polyurethane finish that, unlike the matt look of the Highway One models, emanates a classy and upmarket vibe. In fact, at first, it's not easy to see where - and indeed if - any corners may have been cut.

Many issues can impact tuning durability and intonation on guitars, such as badly cut nuts, loose strings, and dead notes, all of which indicate that the instrument has not been properly set up.The car that featured in SSC’s now defunct record attempt also rode on conventional Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres and was powered by commercially available fuel. This was done to keep the car’s specs identical to the production model, in an attempt to make the record as credible as possible. I know a lot of guys think the numbers are exaggerated, and without dyno'ing mine to get the proof they may well be right (who am I to say their wrong, the actual numbers could be well off the quoted figures) But from my butt dyno, the missis screaming at me to slow down everytime I take her out, and comparing this to my old 9000 with the various stages I took that thing through, I'd be very surprised if my dyno results weren't close to the quoted numbers. Late last year, SSC released a video which claimed the Tuatara set a two-way average speed of 316.11mph on a closed strip of state highway, just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. The hypercar also reached a maximum claimed speed of 331.15mph during one of its runs.

The staggered tuners are intended to improve the break angle of the instrument, resulting in greater tuning reliability. Called The Exorcist, it’s based on the latest version of the Chevrolet muscle car, but gets radical engine tuning and modifications, enabling it to blast down a quarter mile drag strip in less than ten seconds, and making it a rival for the Dodge Challenger Hellcat and the upcoming Challenger Demon. It now remains to be seen whether the Tuatara’s second attempt will deliver a high enough top speed to claim the “world’s fastest” record from the Koenigsegg Agera RS, while discrediting the Bugatti Chiron SuperSport’s attempt with an officially sanctioned attempt.

If your guitar has staggered-height tuners, or you’re planning to install some, that’s cool. Go for it and see what happens. It might be absolutely fine for you. Do keep an eye out for any change in tone or sustain on the open string; any buzzes or rattles on the open string; and —definitely— any poppin’ strings while bending. Jerod Shelby soon released a statement explaining that there had been a mix-up between the video and GPS data when the clip was edited together – and, to remedy the issue, the company will rerun the attempt in “the very near future.” So, the American Special slots in under the long-running American Standard range - for many, Fender's staple Tele. The more recent, matt-finished Highway One series also fills a spot in the market between the more affordable Mexican-made guitars and the upmarket American Standard and Vintage series, but lots of people want their guitars shiny, not matt. You get a better angle over the nut, and in certain situations, they reduce the need for a string tree, which is another source of friction that might impact tuning. Apart from that he's sold loads of these maps now, if the quotes were hot air the word would soon get out and everyone would go for other tuners. (I would, I'd be pretty miffed...)

Such a feat requires an immensely powerful engine – which the Tuatara has. It’s a 5.9-litre V8 with two turbochargers and a flat-plane crank, which pushes out 1,750bhp and 1,735Nm of torque. And, unlike most über-powerful hypercars, such as the Bugatti Chiron or the Pininfarina Battista, the Tuatara also does without four-wheel-drive. All of its power is sent to the rear wheels only via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. There was a little scope for deepening the slot so I took a little down. I didn’t have much hope and I was right. Still had a popping string. Shelby American's relationship with Ford blossomed into multiple vehicles. Timeless icons include the LeMans winning Ford GT40, the Shelby GT500, and the one-of-one Shelby GT500 Super Snake. The Shelby American tuning shop went on to work with Chrysler and Dodge, building stunning high-performance vehicles that stand the test of time. yep, cap the torque to save the clutch, this also the case with JZW map's as they are mapped to your need's. These European tuners all offer what is similar power ( ok Hirsch is lagging behind as you'd expect)Vintage-style tuners typically have a press-in bushing that hold the tuning machine in place. If you’re changing from modern tuners to vintage-style, then you will likely need a conversion kit as the holes will be too big. A lot of vintage-style tuning machines come with matching bushings but if yours don’t, you can find plenty of choice to match here. Kluson have been making guitar tuners since 1925 so when you buy a set of these you know you’re getting time tested quality. Having helped push forward guitar production in the early days, Kluson continue push the boundaries for quality guitar hardware in the modern age. Designed for Strat and Telecaster style guitar, the Kluson Vintage Style Double Line Machine Heads deliver outstanding performance and add plenty of vintage vibe to any instrument.
