About this deal

I never tended to personally have an issue with it, but maybe my explanation was off, or I was doing something extra without realising… but who knows. Either way, I binned the recipe off, and started again. Definitely better to fix it, rather than let people waste ingredients!

Although I only just reported this item as coming out in the Foodie News Burst, I happen to find the product first hand in Asda today! Wispa Gold is one of my favourite chocolate bars, and I have enjoyed the regular Wispa hot chocolate so the promise of a Wispa Gold hot chocolate really got my hopes up! Cadbury Wispa Gold Salted Caramel – This chocolate was launched in 2022 and comes with a salted caramel layer. When I got my mitts on a Cadbury Orange Twirl Limited Edition Bar, the delivery came complete with a certificate and badge. When the butter has been melted l et it cool so it does not cook the eggs when added. It needs to be cool or barely warm to the touch, but still a liquid. Cadbury Wispa Mint: an aerated milk chocolate bar with a mint layer. Launched 1995, discontinued 2003.If your blondies are in the oven for far longer than the time says (you may have over mixed or your oven was the wrong temperature) then it may still go a little crazy, but I found it perfect. Cadbury Wispa Gold Hazelnut flavour: an aerated milk chocolate bar with a soft hazelnut flavour caramel centre. Limited edition launched in 2021. One good tip if you aren't sure is to bake them till they have the wobble, and then once cooled, put them in the fridge for at least an hour to help 'set' them before cutting up!

Cadbury Wispa McFlurry: soft serve vanilla ice cream topped with Wispa pieces and chocolate sauce. Launched in 2008, 2012 and 2023, after 11 years. These beauties were born from all of the experimentation. One thing I will say though… they are different to my other blondies such as my white chocolate & raspberry blondies, and my white chocolate & pistachio blondies. This isn’t because I dislike my other blondies, I love them, I just found this mixture works much better with the caramel because otherwise it’ll just vanish to the bottom. The bar returned on a permanent basis in October 2008. [15] Prior to the permanent launch of Wispa, for a limited time a Wispa McFlurry was available at McDonald's restaurants until 30 September 2008. [16] Take out the Wispa bar and cut each into 4 pieces. Place them on the hot brownies and then wait till the brownies are cool – it will take between 2 to 4 hours. Cadbury Wispa: an aerated milk chocolate bar. Launched in 1981, discontinued in 2003, relaunched in 2007 temporarily but relaunched again in 2008 permanently.Cadbury Wispa Gold McFlurry: soft serve vanilla ice cream topped with Wispa pieces and caramel sauce. Launched in 2012 but currently discontinued. Milk, sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), glucose-fructose syrup, whey powder, emulsifiers (E442, E471), flavourings, salt, sodium carbonates. Milk solids: 14% minimum (milk chocolate). My mind always thought that maybe the people who made the original blondies used a different caramel to me (As they can often behave differently), but we will never know! For this one, as the blondie recipe itself is so different, it’s easier! This limited edition bar follows much the same format as a Wispa Gold, except for the fact that the caramel is flavoured with hazelnut. The nutty taste is derived from a flavouring rather than chunks of hazelnut, so don't expect a crunchy texture. Quite the contrary. Cadbury Wispa Gold Hazelnut Flavour Bar

Cadbury Wispaccino: an aerated milk chocolate bar with a coffee-flavoured caramel layer. Launched 1997 and discontinued 2003.This section does not cite any sources. ( March 2019) ( Learn how and when to remove this template message) I added the hot water and the mug fizzled for a moment and as I stirred the bubbles appeared, and loads of them too! There was also a wonderful strong sweet smell of caramel that filled the kitchen, which was rather lovely.
