A premium puppy food that has been formulated to help give your puppy the best start in life. It contains quality protein to help develop strong muscles and assist with growth, calcium for strong teeth and bones along with antioxidant vitamins. We also add citrus extracts for a strong immune system. All this and outstanding value too! Wagg Complete Dry Puppy Food is a complete diet for healthy puppies of all breeds, which contains 28% protein. It is made to support a healthly digestive system by addedfibre and mannan oligosaccharides (a prebiotic). Also supports your puppy's immune system by added antioxidant vitamins A, E & C and citrus extracts. The main ingredient is cereals - not very digestible for dogs - diets with a meat main ingredient are much healthier. The next biggest ingredient is 'meat and animal derivatives'which means various meats and animal body parts - not the best meat source. The diet contains no artificial colourants or flavours, but does include preservatives. Overall, the diet is complete so has everything your pet needs, but some ingredients may not be digestible enough and the diet does not have a recipe as good as other brands. At Wagg we use colours from a mineral source found in nature and we don't add artificial flavours to any of our foods If your dog is a fast eater, try to slow him down, that way he will register that he is full sooner. You can do this by making him work to get his food. Immunity - V itamins A, E & C and citrus extracts in the food help to develop a healthy immune system.

If your dog still appears hungry when he/her has been fed, you could try soaking the food in a little water before you feed it. This swells the food and leaves your dog feeling more satisfied. If your puppy shows signs of becoming overweight, decrease the amount fed to keep your puppy in trim and active condition. It is important for your puppy’s health not to let them become over weight, consult a veterinarian if you are concerned about their weight. If you currently feed any treats, use part of your dogs daily food allowance instead and leave the treats out. Increase the amount of exercise your dog takes if possible.
