The mattress was still undamaged except these brown marks and so they refused to accept the low standard of fabric and materials used in manufacturing of these mattresses. Concluding that the possible low of materials used and not giving an explanation of the possible causes of the marks developed they refused to deal with this, it is not worth buying any products from Sealy. Excuse was that their insurance company Homeserve did not find anything wrong with the Sealy product though the marks remained unexplained by them.
