Living in the state of grace is the highest protection against satan, and by praying the rosary one is protected to resist and overcome satan snares to not lose the graces derived from the sacraments by having a powerful Mother at our side. Our Lady's blue mantle of protection is our shield. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44). The first time Satan appears in the Bible in Genesis 3, the first words on his lips are suspicious of the truth (“Did God say, You shall not eat of any tree in the garden?”). And the second words on his lips were a subtle falsehood (“You will not die”). John says that Satan “has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him” (John 8:44). We are dealing with the essence of falsehood and deception. 2. He blinds the minds of unbelievers. Perhaps the most important part of this conversation is understanding that Christ did not die for the demons. His death was for mankind, which is why he became man in the Incarnation and not an angel ( part III, question 1, article 1). St. Paul reminds the Romans:

In 2 Corinthians 11:13–15, Paul says that some people are posing as apostles who are not. He explains like this: “Even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is not strange if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness.” Place upon my feet the shoes of the gospel of peace, guiding my steps in paths that lead to unity and reconciliation. In one hand, I grasp the shield of faith, with which I extinguish the fiery darts of doubt and fear. In the name of Jesus, who empowers me to stand strong, I pray for the full armor of God’s protection to be my constant shield. Amen. 8. A Prayer for Binding and Rebuking Evil Spirits May the truths contained within Your Word be my anchor, my compass, and my refuge. As I engage in the battles of discernment, may Your light pierce through the shadows of deception, unveiling the path of righteousness that You have set before me. In the name of Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, I pray for discernment to guard my heart and mind against the snares of deception. Amen. 11. A Prayer for Overcoming Fear and Anxiety There is no neutral zone. You either triumph “by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony,” or you will be enslaved by Satan. Therefore, “Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus” (2 Timothy 2:3), and “wage the good warfare” (1 Timothy 1:18). Pray without ceasing! Can Satan (or any demon) repent? St. Mary of Jesus Crucified was a Carmelite Nun of 19th century and Carmelites are renown for their devotion to Our Lady and the rosary and for the famous Scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Dear Lord, in a world filled with noise and distractions, I come before You with a heart that seeks refuge in the sanctuary of prayer. Recognizing that my mind is susceptible to the whispers of the enemy, I humbly ask for Your divine protection. Guard my thoughts, O God, from the insidious influences that seek to lead me astray. Surround me with a shield of Your truth, that the lies of the enemy may find no dwelling place within me. This promise, along with the previous, is the positive part, that being to live in virtue. Becoming holy is not only avoiding sin, but also growing in virtue. (see Lumen Gentium chapter V - The Call to Holiness #42) Since Our Lady is our Mother and Advocate, She always assists those who call on Her implicitly by praying the Rosary. The Church reminds us of this in the Memorare prayer, "... never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession, was left unaided ..." James says, “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you!” (James 4:7). How do we do that? Here is how they did it according to Revelation 12:11: “They have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.” They embraced the triumph of Christ by his blood. They spoke that truth in faith. They did not fear death. And they triumphed.
