About this deal

I’m going to be brutally honest and probably upset a few DNA fans but Lost Vape has really pulled out all the stops with this mod, to the extent that it rivals the Evolv chip. On the Mod there are two powerful magnets that together with the opposing ones on the transparent cover guarantee the closure, the slight passage of air between these components performs the task of a possible safety vent for the cells. VPC stands for variable power curve and may not be suited to a new vaper. It takes some tinkering to fine tune the power of the vape. For example the vape can begin at 40W and steadily climb to 50W over eight half second increments. On the other hand, the Thelema Quest is significantly cheaper than the Thelema DNA because it does not have a DNA chip. Still, it offers an excellent vaping experience but for less money. Thelema Quest 200W vs. Freemax MAXUS 200W The mod takes dual 18650 batteries (not included) and can hit hard to a maximum of 200W using a total of five vaping modes. These are wattage, temperature control, VPC, voltage and bypass.

Information about the installed coil can be found here along with screen brightness and colour themes. The classic circular tank design should not be misleading, this is not a classic magnetic connection system, the Lost Vape technicians have chosen a solid screw fixing between the Pod / PCTG parts and the steel AFC base. This could appear inconvenient when you have to change the coil compared to a magnetic system … However, the system designed by Lost Vape offers several advantages; such as the refill from the top, so you don’t need to detach the tank to fill it. The Lost Vape Thelema Quest vape kit is not your average kit! The tank has a standard 510 connection and will fit on most mods. However, it also features a removable pod which means you have all the convenience of a pod kit, with the versatility of a tank. It takes 2 x 18650 batteries (sold separately) to power its 5 - 200W output range. The Thelema Quest 200W comes with a 2ml UB Pro pod tank, and a mesh UB Pro 0.15 Ohm and 0.3 Ohm coil. When used together with the tank, either coil will produce a larger amount of vapour for DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping. I was expecting a more effective ramp up time with the Ni80 coil but unfortunately it didn’t materialise.

The starter kit comes with the 5 ml Pod Tank. This pod tank is pretty good, as it has triple channel airflow control and two excellent coils that produce high levels of flavor and vapor. Also, it looks good on the tank, and there is no overhang whatsoever. On the side profile of the box there are some icons containing the main features of the product and the Lost Vape motto “The Modern Demarcation”. The Mod is said to fire almost instantly (within 0.01 seconds) while a strong, punchy vape is delivered constantly whether using a pod, sub ohm tank or RDA. The first impressions beyond the modality used are those of a balanced Coil and as a flavor the sugary part of the liquid seems to be very accentuated. The Thelema Q is constructed from a durable zinc-alloy, the chassis of the THELEMA Quest 200W Mod offers a see-through transparent PC battery door for a visually striking look. Delivering up to 200W output, thanks to the Quest 2.0 Chipset, the Thelema Quest Mod can also access a temperature control suite to deliver a carefully tailored output. Not ideally suited to the new vaper, bypass mode draws power directly from the batteries. With two fully charged 18650’s it’s going to create an intense, hot vape. This is a more challenging comparison than the one above because the prices are similar. However, the Thelema Quest is smaller than the Maxus, making it more travel friendly, and the pod tank in its starter kit comes with triple channel airflow.
