About this deal

I love a face wipe (I get a lot of jip from people about it) and the Aldi Lacura face wipes are my wipes of choice. They’re based on the Simple sensitive skin cleansing facial wipes. How refreshing it is to recommend a very reasonably priced skincare product that’s equally as effective as the product it was ‘inspired’ by. also includes a rosehip oil, which provides users with ‘arich source of antioxidants and essential fatty acids’.

Arguably the best day cream in the world, the caviar cream contains caviar extract which is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals that pep up the skin and a super-powerful anti-ageing active ingredient. I was worried that oil would feel greasy and gross, but it’s not at all. It also smells properly lush. I have been using the Lacura Miracle Cream for a few months now and was actually starting to panic when I was getting low because you don’t see it in-store all the time. I’m finally reviewing this because not only have I gone through a couple of bottles but because it is now a permanent fixture in the Lacura lineup. LACURA ROSE FACIAL OIL MOISTURISERThis balm is honestly a life-saver. I slaver it on before bed (it smells like cloves) and under my make-up and it improves my skin considerably. Aldi is clearly inspired by La Prairie’s jar, with the Lacura Caviar Illumination day cream being in a glass silver pot with blue accents. It wasn’t until my 30’s did I start using night cream properly, and this is the best product! If I use this, my face isn’t all dried up in the morning, and after about a month of using it, my skin felt A LOT smoother and softer. I can’t believe how amazing this product is. I’ve had eczema for 30 Years on my hands and it gone, thanks to this product. My brother’s hands are the same and he’s raving about it too!

Facial oils aren’t for everyone, but I think they’re essential in the colder months to supplement our skincare regime when skin craves extra moisture. You know how much I love Aldi’s dupes, but am particularly keen on its Lacura range, which has some amazing beauty and make-up products which are heavily (ahem) ‘inspired’ on big make-up products for a fraction of the price. Some people do find that if they have sensitive skin, the Caviar Illumination Day Cream can irritate them. has long been the most popular rose oil on the shelves, largely thanks to reports that it’s Kate secret weapon for an amazing complexion. US Weeklystated previously that ‘Kate [Middleton] continues to use rosehip oil in her daily skincare regiment’ and that ‘she loves the effect is has on her skin.’

Lacura Healthy Glow Rose Oil – Pixie Rose Oil Blend Dupe

I have super dry and sensitive skin and tried them both out over a few weeks. They were both think and lovely to put on and didn’t cause any reactions. Honestly, I got the same results – not difference.

Wow , the results are amazing. A cream that was non-greasy, was well absorbed and kept my skin nice and hydrated. An added bonus is the smell. Some women are complaining about it but I find it lovely!’ I still love the PIXI Rose Oil Blend, it’s an excellent product as is the iconic PIXI Glow Tonic, even Lacura couldn’t come up with a viable alternative to that, I know this because I tried their version and there’s no comparison.

It’s full of that many antioxidants and it really works on a cellular level to rejuvinate the skin – I put it on at night and I wake up glowing,’ Miranda herself has said in the past.
