About this deal

In the third mission it is mentioned that he have escaped (highly referring to book 2 events), the player is asked to find all the clues that are in the area (the sewer), among which is a photo of him and crumbs from his body. My 2 sons and I have been loving those books for the last few years and we always laugh so much at Mango and Brash’s puns and crazy ideas! The story is hilarious, there are so many laugh-out-loud and snort-inducing moments, and the drawings are perfect. Reference Overdosed: Heist and Seek is filled with tons of references to famous painters and paintings. When the captain of a cruise ship is found drifting at sea, the search begins for his missing ship and passengers! Did it sink? Was it boat-napped? Are supernatural forces at play?!

Shown Their Work: In All Tide Up, Mango mentions his skin getting dry from being in the ocean. as it's not like the rivers and lakes that he's used to. This makes sense as alligators are freshwater creatures. His aliases are always a combination of the thing he is made of, and the word "Crocodile" (his species) Replacement Goldfish: Subverted. S.U.I.T. headquarters provides Mango a robotic copy of Brash named RoboBrash while the real one is in a coma.City with No Name: The city in which the series takes place in is never mentioned by name however it's established that it takes place somewhere in the U.S. as the General Inspector has an American flag in his office, and several characters having Brooklyn accents. Mind-Control Eyes: When characters are mind controlled by Slinker, their eyes become purple swirls.

When I told my 10 year old he could help me review an InvestiGators book before anyone could buy it he practically jumped out of his skin in excitement. The 10 year old says that he loved the humor throughout the book and the mystery with the twist at the end. My 14 year old says that the plot line is funny and entertaining. He loves the play on words. My 7 year old loves InvestiGators because they are funny, Mango is his favorite character. When a cruise captain is found drifting at sea and delirious, the search begins for his missing ship and passengers! Did it sink? Was it boat-napped? Are supernatural forces at play? And can the InvestiGators unravel this maritime mystery before a second cruise befalls a similarly unfathomable fate? Seas the day and find out in this new nautical adventure! Company Cross References: There are a few references to John's previous works shown in the books such as the lint and mismatched buttons from Hippopotamister as well as a few minor cameos here and there. This graphic novel is going to be published by First Second publisher and will be considered a great read for the reading age range between 7 – 10 years and grade level 2 – 3.There are so many puns that it can be a little much at times, but I suspect that kids would not catch all of them, and they and the malapropisms are definitely used as teachable moments for early and developing readers. Toilet Teleportation: Mango and Brash use their toilet-based travel techniques to get around town easily or to S.U.I.T. Headquarters. Art Evolution: In later volumes, the facial expressions and poses are drawn much more exaggerated compared to the stiffness of early books. The colours have also gotten more vibrant.

Looks exactly as Waffledile, but now is made of concret, purely silver colored and bigger after the Embiggener effects. The Coast Gourds eager to know the outcome reach out to InvestiGators Brash and Mango to uncover the truth behind the SeaDues I ship. And their work gets easier, yet complicated when billionaire Bill N. Dollaz, owner of the expedition company decides to send a second ship on an expedition with 500 passengers and 8 crew members! Will Brash and Mango be able to uncover the truth before SeaDues II gets into danger? He is now a radioactive green mass, he does not have a specific shape apart from his head, face and arms, at the moment this has been his final form.Green Gators: The main characters are two green alligators, Mango and Brash. Brash is a lighter yellowy-green, and Mango is a darker green. In the same episode, he eats his tail out of curiosity, and expresses that "He is actually pretty tasty" My creative team (my 14, 10, and 7 year old boys and myself) really enjoyed the opportunity to read the advance copy of this book. Here is our honest review: I think I might dislike this one more than I did the previous installment. Sure, the last one used too many fourth-wall breaks, but it still fit well. It just needed a few tweaks.
