In terms of what to have this with, I like to pair it with some home-made egg fried rice, but boiled or steamed rice works just as well. You just basically create a paste from chopped raw prawns and some spicing, then spread it on gluten free bread. Turn the bread onto a plate of sesame seeds, cut into triangles and fry on both sides.
