Juniper, lime and orange flavours. Saffron, aniseed, lemongrass, Fennel, getting towards liquorice, juniper and pine. (NW) A balance of citrus, junipers and coriander. Soft & subtle, plenty of juniper elements, a touch of spearmint. (NW) Fresh red fruit up front, a core of piney juniper and orange oil, perhaps even a hint of sherry. (F)

Tangy and tart, Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin is carefully crafted with freshly pressed rhubarb and Bramley apple juice. (F) Combining botanicals with the smoothness of cherries. The result is a unique taste some describe as reminiscent of marzipan. (F) Teamed with the selected botanicals, the sweetness of the plums is ever present on the palate. This gin is seriously smooth and rich. (F) A Gin like no other". Smooth & fruity, with hints of cooked fruit, strawberry, damson jam, hints of blossom and almond. (NW) Creamy and subtly sweet, though the berry notes aren't overpowering. Subtly spicy heat grows at the core, though floral rose notes. Citrus notes are the star here, with lots of lemon zest and tangy lime. Juniper remains constant, with oily pine notes. . (F) Juniper and zest at the fore, sweet hints of dried, spiced orange peels combine with sleek, smooth apricot. (F)With strawberries and lavender grown on the shores of Rutland Water. It’s fruity and sweet, perfect with tonic or lemonade. (F)

(F) The addition of these two botanicals gives the Gin a tarty sweet lime forward body with a hint of juniper, infused with watermelon and a fragrant undertone.
