Twelve different amp models plus thirteen different FX settings make this amp very versatile and quite the showman. This amplifier features digital amplifier modeling encompassing a variety of amp types old and new, U.S. and U.K., and more. From classic Fender amp sounds to modern designs voiced for specific styles (i.e., metal), it’s just like having several amps in one. The amp gets plenty loud, I can hear it down the street with the volume on just 5-6. We usually keep it around 3 for bedroom level playing, anything lower then that and it kind of sounds a little hollow. If you are looking for a strictly bedroom amp, I don’t think this would be best because even at 3 it is a little loud. The controls are high quality though and it sounds nice with all the guitars we have. Digital Amp Modelling: It is almost like having several amplifiers all inside this one because of the digital amp modeling, which recreates the voice of everything from a classic Fender amp to heavy metal one, and everything in between.
