The Countdown timer has an auto-repeat function until disengaged, making it useful for repeated reminders at consistent intervals throughout the day and/or night. To set the Countdown timer, first decide these steps:

When all alarms have been set as desired, press and hold MODE button until time and date are displayed. While a countdown timer is set and active, you can confirm the time until it next alerts by pressing and releasing MODE button two times, until the Countdown appears on screen. The time counting down to the next alert will be displayed for a few seconds. On the first day, the alert times may be slightly off depending on when the alarm was created. For example, if you set the alarm to repeat at an interval of one hour from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., but you program the alarm at 8:15 a.m., it will alert at 15 minutes past each hour for that day only. It will begin the second day at 8 a.m. and repeat at the top of each hour within the Start-Stop range.
