Since the DreamSMP ended, Ranboo has since been playing variety games and doing just chatting streams. Ranboo was invited to join the Dream SMP on November 27, 2020. This event forced Ranboo into the server's story, and he began working on his character later that evening. MC Championship 27 (also known as MC Championship 27 - Underdogs) is considered a "half-canon" event, as all player statistics were removed except for win count.
