Understanding your suppliers’ role within your connected place. Connected Places can be complex systems with responsibility for service delivery split between the local authority and its suppliers. However, it is important to remember that whilst responsibility can be outsourced, accountability cannot, and therefore your local authority will remain the overall risk owner. Showcases, a new feature in the place card, helps businesses present customers with offers and incentives, like seasonal menu items, product discounts, and more.
