Value Fantastic little Leatherman that's legal to carry everywhere in the UK. Wouldn't leave home without it! I bought this as I wanted a UK legal carry multi tool. I do have a Wingman. This tool is several leagues above the Wingman in terms of quality and how it feels in the hand. It does not have scissors, like the Wingman, but the toolset on the Bond is significantly better, especially the Philips screwdriver. And the fact that it comes with a decent pouch just adds up to a very good buy for the money.

The Rebar is stouter, with better individual tools, while the Wingman is easier to use and far less expensive. Conclusion If you think you’re going to use most of the tools of the Rebar, then it’s definitely worth your money. It is a great multi-tool made from premium materials and it is going to last you a long time. The stainless steel of the Rebar is high grade, it is not prone to rust and it can survive pretty much anything, including daily use over the next several years. The only full size Leathermans that have ever been UK legal were the Juice range, because the blades were on the outside.
