About this deal

Add smaller highlights, closer to the noce with Evil Sunz Scarlet , mixed with an equal amount of Wraithbone . Add chip and scrathes to edges with Stormvermin Fur . Id recommend underlining them with the Deepkin Flesh / White Scar from earlier. http://www.ttfxmedia.com/vallejo/cgi-bin/_modelis_info.asp?p1=ing&p2=modelcolor&p3=1#modelcolorinfo Basically what Bryan Blaire said. Short of a 'Eavy Metal painter giving a step-by-step, the GW tutorials are the closest approximation. How I painted my Leagues of Votann Kill Team. I decided to go for the "normal" box art colours, as I've got another predominantly orange scene I want to try shortly.

To startt off, I primed with Wraithbone , just to get the armour as close to its eventual colour as possible. Pale Armour Skin: Celestra Grey, shaded with Druichii Violet, cleaned up with Celestra Grey, layered with Warpfiend Grey, layered with 1:1 Warpfiend Grey:Pallid Wych Flesh, and highlighted with Pallid Wych Flesh. http://www.wargamesfoundry.com - also do a range of similar to Citadel paints, will update when can get chance. Going on what Bryan said though, his method does seem sound, but I'm not sure if it's Ironrach Skin. Ironrach Skin is much more greenish. I'd say it's a more grey-based colour for the skin.

Ionrach Skin, shaded with Drakenhof Nightshade, cleaned up with Ionrach Skin, layered with Deepkin Flesh, layered with 1:1 Deepkin Flesh:Pallid Wych Flesh, and highlighted with Pallid Wych Flesh They may be mixing tones, applying layers with airbrushing, and all sorts of things. Short of getting it directly from the 'Eavy Metal team, no one is going to be able to exactly tell you how to achieve those tones. The angriest of the new Shade paints isn’t just for the followers of Khorne – but it does work particularly well on them. I'd really suggest playing around with that some until you get the skin tone that you want before digging into your models, either on a sacrifice model or some sprue, etc. Crab Claws:Naggaroth night, Shade with nuln(Had to make a shade out of abbadon since I am out of nuln) highlight with warp fiend and then a glaze of naggoroth night on top

Okay, the second test model came out the best. Save the base it's done. (I could do more but I want to paint a whole army at the end of the day.) http://www.acrylicosvallejo.com/en_US/media/e588d28183cec31ffd6dcee6d3718fc3.cms/equivalencias-rev05.pdf Emma: A nice light green Shade with a hint of yellow, Kroak Green looks great over light greens, whites, yellows, and even cream colours. I loved using it on some Tree-Revenant’s spirit skin where I wanted more of a green hue over the pale teal, just to tie it into the forest tones used elsewhere. Try it over all manner of other greeny things – it’s also especially good for Nurgle miniatures. The Citadel Colour paint range gets a truly blue Shade, which works wonderfully with colours such as Caledor Sky on the cloaks and capes of the Lumineth Realm-lords . Coat D'Arms match the OLD citadel colours (pre-1992) so there might be some difference. Shining gold has the most noticeable difference, We now travel from the depths of the sea to the depths of the underhive for this month’s collectable coin, which has a Necromunda theme.** Ionrach Skin paint dries rapidly and evenly when applied with a brush, making it a perfect choice for creating texture and depth to small miniatures. What armies can you paint with Ionrach Skin? Emma: Spooky but soft at the same time, Soulblight Grey shades with a light grey tone, perfect for the ghoulish skin and dirty bones of Grand Alliance Death models. I like using it over Screaming Skull for that weathered Deathrattle Skeleton bone, then drybrushing up from there.

Most P3 Paints do not match closely with the old GW range, but a detailed explanation of each paint can be found here: http://www.brushthralls.com/pre-painting-prep/color-theory-10p3.html Genestealer Purple– This dark, muted purple color is a good choice for shading and highlighting models painted with Ionrach Skin. It could be used to create contrast and depth on the models, helping to make them look more three-dimensional and realistic. For the teats on the Fiends, I'd say: Daemonette Hide, shaded with Druichii Violet, then highlighted with Slaanesh Grey. Emma: This is a fantastic shade for making things look grimy, but not too dark or green – perfect for the Death Guard . It also looks great over silver metals and light bone colours, and works a treat for the worn gear of Orks and Chaos alike. Love it.So...that's it. I say again thank you Bryan and Gederas for giving me the tips to reach this point. Hair:Dechala Lilac, Shade with a watered down carrobug crimson via medium and then highlight with a dechala and white scar mix. It’s the start of a new month, which can only mean one thing – it’s time to announce the miniature and coin of the month for March. The T’au Empire is a technologically advanced extraterrestrial species that places a premium on efficiency and accuracy in both their military and their civilization. The Ionrach Skin paint would complement T’au models by emphasizing their sophisticated technology and future design. All of the new Shade paints are excellent, and the reformulation of the existing range makes adding natural-looking depth and shadow easier than ever before. Take into account the 25 new Contrast paints and the new White Scar spray, and we’re sure you’ll agree there’s never been a better time to be a painter.
