Since 2004, the medieval town of Guérande has been a member of a national network of 120 towns, the Villes et Pays d'Art et d'Histoire (Towns and Regions of Art and History). The fortified wall of Guérande is one of the best preserved and complete in France. Its circumference stretches 1434 meters. These salted caramels are made using winemaker's salt, a stunning deep purple salt with luxurious hints of Merlot and Cabernet. Unlike refined industrial salts, Le Guérandais Guérande Salt does not undergo any form of washing or chemical treatment, and nothing is added (anti-caking agent, flow improvement agent, fluorine, iodine or nitrite). Traditionally harvested Atlantic Sea Salt from the Celtic Sea coast of Brittany. Natural crystals of sea salt that has not been ground, and as such appears as a coarse grey Celtic sea salt. The Devil offered him a deal. Yves agreed to give his soul to the Devil in exchange for the mill. His wife was not pleased about that deal but she didn't know Yves had a cunning plan.
