About this deal

Green arrow is a flawed minifigure in my opinion because he doesn't come with a bow and arrow piece. Adding in a custom mold makes so much sense and it's strange why LEGO decided against it. It's one of the most recent entries but it still finds itself in the top 10, this will be one to watch for the future. #7 - Batman of Zur-En-Arrh In 2015 there were only two minifigures given out and this was one of them. The reception for the TV series this minifigure promoted wasn't amazing which is reflected in his current value. #18 - Bizarro Although her value has been pretty stagnant since then that could change with the announcement of season 2 of Stranger Things. Especially if LEGO decides to make more sets to sit alongside "The Upside Down". #20 - ATOM

His value is probably reflected by the fact that he's not that well known in the DC universe. #19 - Arsenal Apocalypseburg Unikitty is different to most of the entries on this list because she isn't minifigure but rather a small build made up of 17 pieces. Only her 1 x 3 printed face pieces is exclusive and all of the others can be found in other sets. Moving on to another Spider-Man figure, this time it's the PS4 version. LEGO really nailed this one, such a highly detailed and vibrant minifigure that really stands out. Azog is a really strange one. Like Bard the Bowman the figure itself isn't exclusive as it also appeared in the "Dol Guldur Battle" set. There will also undoubtedly be fake misprints out there, so do your research before splashing out. The easiest to fake are missing misprints, as these could be manually removed. And here we have it, number 1 on our list is the Spider-Man from San Diego Comic Con 2013. Such a beautiful minifigure and one of Marvel's most loved characters.

A defect is usually thought of as worthless, but due to the highly collectible nature of LEGO and the rarity of misprints, minifigures that aren't quite perfect can fetch big sums. Our only X-Men representative is Jean Gray in her Phoenix Costume. A lot to love about this minifigure, LEGO did a really nice job with her. #11 - The Collector Not the most detailed minifigure LEGO have produced but the fact that it's Spider-Man makes it highly collectable. #8 - PS4 Spider-Man

The Collector is the only character from Guardians of the Galaxy we've seen at SDCC and was brought to the 2014 edition by LEGO to promote the film release. As per the previous year there were only two minifigures in 2016 and this is the one everyone wanted to get their hands on. #12 - Jean Grey in Phoenix Costume Marvel and Disney tried to downplay X-Men merchandise for most of the 2010s, since 20th Century Fox owned the film rights. However, before the unofficial moratorium on X-Men merchandise began, LEGO produced a small X-Men set featuring Magneto, Wolverine, and Deadpool. Perhaps expecting the long wait they'd have before they could make more mutants, LEGO's designers produced a pitch-perfect Magneto. In this article we run through each of the more extreme types in turn, as these are the most valuable. We've included some recently sold examples to give you an idea of the kind of prices they can go for. We also give you some pointers on what to look out for when buying one. Shift Prints Bizarro is one of my favourite SDCC minifigures, I just love the printing on his torso and head piece.

Prints are applied to minifigure heads whilst they are attached to the torso, so a shift print would be the result of the head not being perfectly aligned or fully connected with the torso during printing. ATOM is a surprising one for me because I expected him to be a lot further up this list. He is covered from head to toe in detail AND comes with an exclusive stand! What's not too like? At the time this was one of the most colourful and unique Batman minifigures although since then we've had some crazy designs that make Batman of Zur-En-Arrh look tame. You've probably noticed by now that anything to do with Batman and Spider-Man usually does well and this is no exception. #6 - Azog This is where it all started! The Green Lantern was the first minifigure LEGO brough to San Diego Comic Con in 2011. She was released in 2018 to help promote The LEGO Movie 2 but the fact that she isn't a real minifigure is why she is low down on this list. #24 - UnikittyWhen Barb from Stranger Things showed up at the 2019 edition it was a nice break from the plethora of Marvel and DC characters. It would have been really cool if LEGO had incorporated some wing pieces but oh well you can't have everything. #15 - Green Lantern What a minifigure! I love everything about Sheriff Deadpool and with the next 4 entries on this list being unobtainable for me financially this takes pride of place in my LEGO collection. One of the more frequently seen printing errors are those typically referred to as shift prints. This is where the printing is shifted away from its normal position. You almost always see this mistake happen with the head, where the printing is usually lower than it should be and can also be skewed to either the left or right. Definitely a favourite of mine and the only minifigure of this character LEGO has produced. #10 - Zebra Batman

LEGO is renowned for its stringent quality control, but mistakes do happen in its production line. They're rare occurrences but when minifigures are involved it can lead to wrongly coloured body parts, wonky printing, or printing that is missing completely.
