Pairing it was as easy as it gets. I literally opened up the app that already had my clubs paired, hit “Pair Arccos Link” and within 15 seconds we were good to go. I did pull out my phone every few holes to keep an eye on it, and during my first round I also had one caveat. It functions perfectly, does exactly what it should, and frees you from your phone while you’re on the course. Arccos Single Smart Grips are compatible with all Arccos products, including 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd Generation Arccos Smart Sensors, Arccos Smart Grips and Smart Sets (Cobra and PING).

There is one other HUGE benefit to Arccos Link that I haven’t mentioned yet: the ability to use Arccos anda bluetooth speaker. Give the gift of membership to the golfer in your life. The award-winning Arccos app requires an annual membership. Now you can gift a current Arccos member their membership. It’s the smartest gift in golf. Yes, as all your shots are now recorded by Arccos Link you will be able to play music on your smart phone or via a Bluetooth speaker. We offer 6 types of single grips: Golf Pride MCC Plus4 (standard and midsize), and Golf Pride Tour Velvet (standard and midsize). They followed that up with the system being built into grips making for the best user experience yet.

Arccos Link will work with all our 2 nd and 3 rd generation, full set, non-Bluetooth products, including Arccos 360, Arccos Smart Sensors, Arccos Smart Grips, Cobra Connect and PING Smart Sets. It will not work with our 1 st generation Bluetooth product or Arccos Driver. If you have a Bluetooth putter sensor you may be eligible for a free putter sensor upgrade, please see the next FAQ for more information. If you have an Apple Watch with Arccos it makes the experience that much better, as I could easily add penalty strokes or extra putts directly from my watch. On the flip side, their Apple Watch app works like a charm – at least for me. It rarely misses a shot, even if the watch is covered by my coat. And, since I already had the Apple Watch, there i no additional cost. (I wish I knew that before buying the Link.) Sean – now a few months removed from launch and with a new, even higher, price tag and current level of Apple Watch support etc., do you still think this is a worthwhile addition?
