If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us, we will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, customer services will let you know how to proceed. Wayfayrer meals don’t use any artificial preservatives, colours or flavours and each meal is prepared to deliver an optimum balance of taste, texture and energy delivery. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The Wayfayrer All Day Breakfast is exactly that, sausage, bacon, omelette and beans in a tomato sauce. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Choosing Your Camping Food

Real food, ready to eat - The contents are fully cooked and so may be eaten hot or cold. To serve hot: Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Alternatively empty the contents into a suitable saucepan and stir gently whilst heating thoroughly on a camping stove.Services vary but generally best for parcels under 10 kg, cost & compensation varies by service used We achieve this by maintaining the products natural moisture level during the steam cooking stage. Our outdoor meals are pre-cooked and ready to go and can be heated on a stove for a tasty camp side meal or eaten hot straight from the pouch. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Sealed in individual robust foil pouches. Best served hot, however if you are a bit lazy and impatient like myself, they can also be eaten cold.
