I love how Cat connects characters from her previous books into her new ones! I get so excited like “OMG I know them!” I love how she makes these little connections it just adds to the stories as you can see how they could all interlink!

There was a plot but I couldn’t tell you the point of it. Nothing was happening at all up until 75% where 4 different things started happening and I didn’t know where to focus, I was considering dnf at around 50%. A bit to many spice scenes at inappropriate times and none was that detailed it was always the same thing so I would’ve been fine with only one tbh. However I did enjoy the whole ‘nyx nemesis’ platform! I got told this was grumpy x sunshine but it wasn’t which was also disappointing. Very thankful the chapters was so short. Professor Astor” by Catharina Maura is a story that combines several tropes that will have her readers shedding happy tears and also crying as it is beautifully written.

I loved Aria and her struggles to find normalcy after finding both of her parents murdered in a home invasion. But, that vulnerability led to her being taken advantage of because she was tired of feeling broken. I loved Grayson's protectiveness over Aria! That man would do everything for her. He was even jealous of himself (one of my favorite moments 😂). Her life is upended when she gets some devastating news while she was at work. It only gets worse when she goes home to discover her boyfriend had been a philandering scoundrel and that she has lost her home. The first 85% of the book was great, but it went downhill for me towards the end because I didn't like how things developed and some characters acted.

Noah and Aria’s parents were murdered, when Aria was only young. Noah brought her up and they lived with Gray (Noah’s friend)while they were both studying. Gray is looking for his parents as he was abandoned as a baby. Because of their past experiences they both help with a secret internet platform that helps people in need. Thankfully, she is offered a dream job by the best friend of her brother and she readily accepts it. His brother’s best friend is a man named Greyson who has had a tragic past and considers aria and her brother Noah his only family. They meet up in the treehouse and get it on, but later on they can’t figure out where they can get together? He also sneaks in her house and into her room and her dad is never really around. Again, can’t go there? But they can fool around in his bedroom while she’s visiting Kate, but Kate never finds them even though she randomly suspects they like eachother? What? This is crazy. Catharina Maura writes books in a way that makes them impossible to put down. Until You is no exception. At times it was drawn out (while simultaneously rushed), but it was never boring, and that’s really all I could hope for. Ethnically, she is Surinamese even though if you would like to be more specific, she is Indo-Surinamese. Her grandparents had moved from India to Suriname under the guise of indentured labor in the 1800s.

I loved the sexual chemistry between Grayson and Aria, but I heartbroken and cried so much that Grayson's lifelong dream caused him so much damaging pain. He is a gorgeous and swoony man and is known for being possessive and very alpha they have some intense sexual chemistry. At the opening of the story, Adrian has just met a distraught Leia in a bar and decided to engage in some role play which ends in an awesome night that none of them have ever had. When he sees Aria in action, he decides to give her a job and offers her a place to live in his penthouse in Silicon Valley. But Aria has a secret that a lot of people even those close to her do not know about.

She is forever grateful for the privilege of living in the Netherlands as she had many more opportunities she does not think she would have had living in Suriname. She is at best an Indian but over the years, she has come to be related to people of Indo Surinaesse, Afro Surinmese, and Javanese. Until You is a stunning romance with incredible characters and so much depth that will give you all the feels. Highly recommend. I don’t know how anyone could let another person talk to them the way Kate talks to Emilia and not lose their shit! If anyone was a selfish bitch, it was Kate! Catharina Maura is a USA Today bestselling author best known for her very popular billionaire romance novels that come with a hint of the forbidden. Grayson was curt and stoic except for when it came to his connection to Aria and Noah. I loved the relationship the three of them shared, all of them protective, considerate, and caring of the others, their own little family. With very few choices, she decides to take up a job offer from her brother’s best friend. Grayson her brother’s best friend has had a traumatic past and Noah his best friend and his sister Aria are his only family. So many plot points were thrown at us without much closure—a big one relating to the murders of Aria and Noah’s parents. It was relevant until it wasn’t. I did, however, appreciate that Aria wasn’t completely healed from it.
