About this deal
THE UNIVERSITY may be one of the most unrealistic places i've ever read about in my life, cause it's half boarding school half prison đ€Ł but i loved the setting even if it could be ridiculous. most of their friends were ridiculous too, and not very likable fhdgj but i still ate it all up. (pero que la universidad se llame DOLOR? đđđ dolor me da mi universidad) Mia and Ollie are both characters who will remain in my heart forever. I could identify with Mia in so many ways and resonate with her so strongly. We had a lot of factual things in common, like our interests and different things that we are familiar with. Ollie, however, I could relate to even more. Being an empath, I could understand a lot of his feelings, although he takes empathy to a whole new level. As someone who loves dark romance and is familiar with the morally grey, violent, and questionable men, it was different to immediately fall in love with the pure-hearted, loving, caring, poetic hero of this story. He is the ultimate book boyfriend and no one can convince me otherwise. AGAIN, i understand that all these unlovely tropes are for the purpose of the story and it's actually quite brilliant but i can't help the way i feel and the real reunion of Ollie and Mia was ruined because of this. but i still love these characters, though. they're unique and imperfect and i love that. IâM SO QUIETđ€like okay baby, whatever you sayđshe starts moaning so he kisses her to swallow her cries. I need to know what happens after, oh, my Gosh. The cliffhanger. I am so mad right now that this is not on Kindle Unlimited (I have to return my Kindle anyways because of a bug in the system), or in any of my local libraries. Like why must you make me suffer? I swear to God, humanity has died down-
flashes of mia and i went off like fireworks in my head. the first time our eyes met in the mess hall, her small smile in the bathroom when we first talked, the late-night rendezvousâ, chasing her in the library, reading to her, the lovemaking, the fighting for each other, the tears, her golden eyes, the paper roses, the dancing, the stars, the sunrises, proposing, our drunken nights, the weddingâŠfalling into this maddening love that stayed forever and ever⊠Everything was about sex. Unnecessary amount of focus on sex or sexually activity. Every chapter is about some sort of sexual activity or weird game about it or about sexual abuse. It was overkill. Unnecessary.Nicoleâs writing is amazing as always she takes you on journey and plays with your emotions. I was anxious throughout the whole book, just wanting Ollie and Mia to finally get their happy ending. If you're looking for a unique romantic story with so much more, then you MUST READ THIS TRILOGY!!! Like god whatâs a bro in his reading Nicholas sparks writing poetry and wearing beanies all day to do? this book was so hard to read because of my intense love for these characters. what they go through individually and as a whole!?! too much :( ollie and miaâs strength could lift the entire universe. i love them endlessly <3
I just realized i hate reading british accents??đđ they sound so weird in my head or is it just me?!?OKAY SO SINCE GOODREADS DOESNâT WANT TO WORK âgoodreads is over capacityââŠmy review will be posted tomorrow! mwah!<3 there are two types of people in this world, ollie. those who donât complete their dares, and those who do. just slip that hand underneath those boxers of yours so i can see you lose yourself.â
