The Bullet Strat carries the classic looks of the American Stratocaster guitars, which are one of the most popular guitars of all time, right there with the legendary Gibson Les Paul series. That means it features the exact same design as the classic Stratocaster, although Squier cuts some corners on building materials, tonewoods, and finishes.

There’s never been a better time to buy a cheap or budget-friendly electric guitar - with many brands and manufacturers producing great products at an alarming rate - so why should you opt for one of the best Squier guitars over anything else? The overall build of this Bullet Strat was fine. No loose pieces or rattling bolts or any obvious construction flaws. A few rough or uneven frets, but nothing major. At first glance, the two look almost identical. The design elements are exactly the same. The differences come in the materials and components.
So, in essence, this is the perfect Stratocaster guitar for beginners, and it’s an ideal choice for people and children learning how to play guitar. It’s also great for jamming sessions and small gigs. I also commend this as a good choice to begin your musical journey. More so, it’s quite common today to find budget Squier guitars that perform just as good as a Fender selling for three times its price. If not better.

It might be hard to tune the Bullet Strat for the first time, especially if you’re a beginner guitar player. It’s comfortable to play for beginners, but if you’re planning to play shows anytime soon you might want a better guitar. It sounds and plays good for the cost, though it’s definitely not a professional guitar. Which one of these two series is better depends entirely on you. The Affinity is the better guitar, but it also costs more. In terms of value, they are basically equal. Bullet Strat is the most affordable version of the Strat’s that Fender produces with their Squier brand. So The Bullet Strats are the lowest in quality too, but this doesn’t mean that they are bad. In 1997, the Affinity series came to be. It was Squier's first product range to be made in China, and it began with an Affinity Telecaster. We then saw a Strat in 2001, and since then, the products have kept coming. Some Affinity models, such as the Affinity Starcaster, are made in Indonesia now too.These guitars are seriously cool, and as Squier likes to change around their models every couple of years, they could also become pretty rare. FSR I highly recommend this for children mostly because it looks and feels like a Stracosater, and kids somehow interested in music have probably seen Stratocaster guitars plenty of times in music videos and TV concerts. Because they will recognize it, and because its stylish looks, it’s an instantly attractive guitar for children that can also feel very comfortable on small hands.
