My conclusion at the moment : it looks as though both Raveneye and Canon 6D hardwares are both operational (hopefully ..) One work around I noticed that one could do is to just leave the RS2 turned on during charging, and double tap the power button so that the gimbal motors aren't unnecessarily running; however, the screen still stays on during this charge. I'd rather not have to leave the RS2 on just to also charge the RavenEye offline. Maybe a firmware update could fix this so that when the RS2 recognizes power to the handle, when powered off, and RavenEye is connected, that power is also delivered to the RavenEye for charging offline as well. I think that the music kind of dictates the style of shows, so I think with RavenEye it’s always been robust and high energy and I think that’s been the goal of the band. To really make it as entertaining but as fun as possible. I think the performance matched the music, so I think for us we weren’t trying to be overbearing and trying to force their energy or force the excitement.

I noticed that when the RS2 is on the charger (turned off) with RavenEye connected, there is no power charging the RavenEye as well. The RavenEye only gets power when the RS2 is turned on. It would be nice if the RavenEye would also automatically get charged with the RS2, as opposed to only charging once in use. Starting off with a fully charged RavenEye (as a result of an over night charge to both RS2 and RavenEye) would save on the RS2 battery. As with the Ronin-SC, the Ronin app is a comprehensive partner to the RSC 2. It allows you to configure the function of the three available mode slots on the RSC 2, enabling or disabling individual axis motors and customizing parameters such as follow speed. The DJI RSC 2 builds on the Ronin-SC in all the right ways. Steady shots and smooth controls were pretty much a given, but it’s the subtle design changes that make the RSC 2 a much improved stabilizing option for vloggers and videographers. The result of this additional versatility is, unsurprisingly, that the RSC 2 is even more capable when it comes to delivering a stable platform for your camera. According to DJI, there’s a newly optimized Titan algorithm which ‘smooths out the fine details’– and that certainly bears out in practice. The RavenEye Image Transmission System connects to the mounted camera through HDMI. The camera’s video feed is processed by RavenEye and is subsequently delivered in HD to the connected DJI Ronin app through a wi-fi connection. This is all achieved with a latency of just 60ms. The HD connection can extend up to 200m, making it ideal even on larger sets. Totally agree with this although I have found on the new documentation that the Raveneye will accept a charge from a 5V 2A source on it's own so at least there is that. But yes, for the sake of maximizing full batteries across the board it would be good if they daisy chained since it already takes a charge from the RS 2 battery when on. When using the Multi cable, some camera function cannot be achieved as the compatible result listed: https://www.dji.com/support/compatibility/rs-2/a7r3When i first got the Raveneye I was really sceptic at first with the wifi connection and how well it will connect or if there is going to be any delay. But I can assure you, it's none of that. Raveneye : just dispays N/Alast minute : very shortly seen firmware is 01.01.00.10 if correctly noted ! It was very much about every individual musician being as crazy as possible and that’s kind of part of the wildness of it. And I think, yeah, the wilder we could be the better. I think we were constantly trying to push ourselves as a live band to cause more damage to something or ourselves. And we are sorry about the issue you had with DJI RS2 and Raveneye. As using USB-C shutter control cables will lead to occupying the bandwidth of Sony camera processors. Therefore, Sony currently prioritize USB-C signal more than HDMI signal. As a result, the Ronin app is not able to receive the video signal.
