I'm a sister with ms, among other things with urinary infection that is very difficult to remove. I don't take medicine from the regular doctors and I have tried and/or take many things as (manuka) honey, habbatal sawda, ginger, bee pollen, pumpkinseed, etc. I have started with qist el hindi? (I don't know which type, which one would you advice?) a while ago and because my urinary infection (still) didn’t go away, I have increased the amount. RAGHAVAN, P., NAGENDRA, A. S., and DUTTA, N. Qust should be mixed in Olive oil as it was none other than Rasool’Allah (sallAllahu alayhi wassallam) himself who instructed His Ummah to use olive oil for eating and for massage. Qust infused olive oil should be massaged on the points of pain/joints in the evening before bed.

Recommended Book

Because the Qust infusion needs to be drunk, take 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture twice each day dissolved in a hot cup of green tea. The seeds will settle at the bottom of the cup so make sure you stir and agitate it so that you drink the crushed seeds too. In two weeks insha’Allah you will notice a considerable difference and have much more energy. The Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم taught us (see hadeeth text below) that Costus is a cure for: A Hadeeth of Saheeh Bukhari mentions it to be a cure for seven ailments, including Tonsillitis and Pleurisy. The Hadeeth even specifies that it should be administered from the nostrils for Tonsillitis, and from the side of the mouth (buccal) for Pleurisy. The other five benefits have not been mentioned. Having looked deeper to find the other five benefits, researchers came up with about thirty other benefits of Al Qust al Hindi, which are mentioned below. For unwanted skin spots, skin discolouration, scars, and burns: Mix Costus powder in equal parts with raw honey and add a very small amount of clean water to make a paste. Apply to the area once per day, for 20-30 minutes, and then wash off. Note: This information should not be used as a substitute for personal medical advice. The reader should consult his or her physician or clinician for specific information concerning specific medical conditions.
