About this deal

He had a classic 8 th house chart, 29 May 1917 3pm Brookline, Massachusetts, with his Gemini Sun there as well as Jupiter, Algol, Mercury and Mars all conjunct in Taurus trine a Virgo Moon. His Sun was conjunct Venus on the cusp of the 9 th. He had Saturn conjunct Neptune in his 10 th – hope for a better society and creative though also a worrier. He was an opinionated/influential speaker with a 9 th house Pluto and a romantically wayward Uranus in the 5 th. When the murder took place tr Saturn in Scorpio was just across his Midheaven about to move through his high profile upper quadrant. For some this means success; for others it means retribution for past mistakes. As he went into prison tr Pluto was heading into his trapped 12 th house where it will stay for another few years ahead.

On either birth time she has her Progressed Mars square her Pluto now which tends to be a dead-halt aspect – and it hangs around for another two years or so ahead. And tr Uranus will square her Sun from mid this August on and off into early 2024 which will bring sudden changes. She is at the end of an upbeat Solar Arc Sun conjunct her Jupiter which may have boosted her hopes too high and committed her to more than she can handle. Her Solar Arc Saturn is moving to a discouraging opposition to her Sun within a few months which will also face her with a few realities, delays and obstacles. Tr Pluto is moving to square her Neptune in 2024 and tr Uranus to square her Pluto in 2025 – muddled thinking followed by forced changes. But it is a massive wake up call for the country. Wilders’ rebellious, status-quo-upsetting Sun, Pluto, Uranus in Virgo is conjunct the Netherlands Mars in Virgo for a stormy interface. His Saturn in Aquarius is conjunct the Netherlands Uranus and opposition its Sun Venus in Leo – with his Neptune in hard aspect to the same as well – so his reactionary and mistrustful views hit an uncomfortable note for the progressive inclinations of the Netherlands. Both eclipses impact on Canada’s Ascendant/Descendant axis so image and neighbourly relationships will be up for review. This October’s eclipse in Libra also impacts Canada’s Solar Arc Pluto which again points to partnership aggravations and power struggles.

Capricorn: Driven and self-sacrificing, Capricorns understand the importance of a hustle or two. Analytical and goal-oriented, these individuals play the game to get what they want. Just like their goat symbolism, they will always scramble to the top of the pile. Tenacious, powerful and determined, it’s impossible to boss one around.

The Water Act was given Royal Assent on 6 July 1989 when the triple conjunction of Uranus, Saturn, Neptune were in place. The Saturn Neptune at that point being exactly conjunct the UK Capricorn Sun – which might have given a hint of the mayhem to follow. There was also a ruthless, brutally determined Mars in Leo square Pluto in Scorpio. The Water Act Cancer Sun was trine Pluto and opposition Neptune Saturn hinting at overwhelming ambition. Her Sun/Moon midpoint was close to her South Node and square his Pluto so her primitive tendencies would draw her into his orbit. Her Uranus Midheaven fell in his 8 th so her rebellious instincts would attract her into his darkness. The Montecito roadshow appears to be hitting bump after bump with cancelled contracts, a coach-crash fandango on their recent New York trip with hysterical claims of death-defying paparazzi chases being firmly slapped down by the NY police and now being described as “grifters” and “talentless” by top industry types.Hideous beyond belief. And the warning bells were ringing loud and clear beforehand. The volunteers must have had a delusional sense of invulnerability. Only when the tide goes out’, as Warren Buffett once observed, ‘do you learn who has been swimming naked.’ Chiron’s saintly aura as the wounded healer, selflessly dispensing compassion for others, has its shadow side of rage, envy, vindictive spite, self-pity and resentment laid bare in Liz Greene’s latest book Chiron in Love. Relations may have been cool with one close partner recently so you may find yourself having to negotiate to reach better understandings and agreements. The tendency on both sides may be to hang on too much for control or refuse to be flexible, neither of which will help. Transforming the way you share, care and relate will take time and effort so you'll need to persevere in altering your approach. Energetic friends will give you a helping hand initially as you sort out future plans.

Your sunny self-confidence will stand you in good stead socially as well as at work. As you put a higher value on yourself with your self-esteem soaring, others will respond well and your popularity will rise. Loved ones will rally round with support and generosity. One close partner will be revved up until March but you'll know how to sidestep differences and keep the peace. His bride, 8 April 1988, is a Sun Aries with Venus in social-butterfly Gemini; and a powerfully confident Jupiter in indulgent Taurus opposition Pluto and Jupiter in a high vitality square to Mars in Aquarius. Her Moon is entangled with the triple conjunction of Uranus, Saturn, Neptune in Capricorn. Taurus: A true earth sign, Taurus is loyal, stubborn, driven, and love comfort…and all the trappings that come with it. Feed and spoil them, and you’ll have them eating out of the palm of your hand. Romantic and committed, a Taurus is a great friend. Once they love you, they always love you! What I am puzzling over is Neptune on Canada’s Ascendant which is on the focal point of a yod inconjunct Saturn sextile North Node – it will also be drawn into the spotlight. A yodal Neptune tends to live in an ivory tower, yearns for calm and harmony and can be escapist. It also goes along with feelings of unworthiness which can lead to a defeatist attitude. (All of which is far from my own view of Canada which I always think of as robust and resourceful.) Eclipses are challenges to change in a particular area and clearly a rebrand on an outer level also requires serious inner work in parallel. Some people, who have high levels of psychic awareness, are capable of moving atoms with their thoughts. You've probably witnessed this kind of extraordinary 'magic' on TV. But have you ever tried it yourself? Just because I can't do it doesn't mean I don't think it's possible. I wonder, though, if this power makes them happier than the rest of us? What's more valuable to you? The ability to manifest what you want? Or the ability to be genuinely delighted by whatever you happen to be given? Trust the cosmos today. It's on your side. Not normally a subject I would get excited about. Nor do I usually spit teeth about the Tories. But I will make an exception this time round. What an unholy screw up. A slow start to 2023 does not mean being discouraged. You'll relish the moments you can curl up in comfort and in your own company and relax. Taking time out to reflect and get perspective on recent events will settle your mind. Along the way your self-esteem will rise along with a growth in insight and awareness. You've faced challenging decisions over the past year so need a chance to let yourself settle into a new phase. Within a few weeks older friends will be around with helpful and realistic advice. You may initially hear some of their comments as criticism but they'll be worth listening to and more often right than wrong. They'll prompt you to keep formulating a longer term strategy for your life and not just take it day by day. What tends to get forgotten – we know it but it gets blithely skipped over – is that the centaur’s wound is poisoned and can never heal, a point she hammers home again and again. Only by giving up his divine immortality (and ultimately dying) can Chiron ever be released from his unending pain. The financial health of up to four other English water companies is being monitored. Between 1989, when the Government sold off the 10 main regional water suppliers, and 2015, water bills rose by 40pc more than inflation. Customers have been told to brace for rises of another 30pc over the coming years. ‘It amounts to a massive transfer of wealth from bill payers to investors, while the country’s Victorian water system leaks a scarcely believable 3bn litres of water every single day – enough to meet the needs of more than 20m people – and Britain hasn’t built a new reservoir since 1989.’
